An unprofessional, scamming, nightmare of a company ran by an unintelligent, petty, hateful low t deplorable, who is being sued over his abusive behavior. There is an entire news segment about the shady and illegal practices of this company, you can google it online. Believe the bad reviews. From trying to scam extra money at the beginning to stealing and damaging items, it was a nightmare experience. One of the drivers, who delivered items, felt so bad and told me this is a common occurrence that he had given me evidence/ documentation to use for suing. The owner if this business needs to lose his ability to own and operate a business. Even more so he was found guilty by the disciminatie.nl (the Dutch board of discrimination). I will give a brief synopsis of what occured, so you can understand just how horrible of an experience you will have with this company. Before hiring this company to move and then store items, I made sure in clear writing in emails and over the phone many times, so to prevent unexpected surprises or problems and not to be scammed to clarify the service and what was scheduled to occur. Inbox has a stop over option, meaning they drop items off on the way to storage. This was agreed upon. Days before the move the owner/ deplorable contacted me. He had a bunch of issues with the stop over and then instead of it on the same day, he moved it to two days later. Huge inconvenience because it was my office equipment, pet supplies etc. The day of delivery, almost nothing arrived. The driver showed me the list that Inbox to show that they had the list and that items were missing. He said they do this all the time and let take a pic of the list for evidence. This is when things became a nightmare. I was missing suitcases with my clothes, and a bunch of things I need. I called Inbox like a 100 times and nobody once answered. I then received an automated email to schedule for hundreds of euros for a delivery. I felt I was being intentionally ignored. I then received an email from the little girl owner asking me, if I was pranking them, and then received an email from an employee saying they weren't allowed to respond to me. My suspicion of being intentionally ignored/ avoided was provably correct. The little girl snellman was hiding while she was trying to scam her customer. Things got way worse. The owner became extremely unprofessional and started sending emails filled with racist/ xenophobic statements. What kind of moron puts things like that in writing? She looks like a gym rat moron. Not dealing with a the brightest. She was found guilty of discrimination as a result. Even crazier she took the time to research the email I used. I am a lawyer and was a college professor for a religious university. He then made comments about religion etc. I am not even religious, was just a prof. He then literally stole my items. He said the only way he would talk to me is via attorney. All communication was cut off and I had no access to ny items or way to get them returned. He essentially stole my household and kept charging me each month for keeping them and made it where I had no or couldn't arrange for items to be moved on my own. There was no legal or financial dispute. It was a childish and illegal stipulation. She said let the "real men talk". Keep in mind I am an American lawyer with a Ph.d. Europeans make 1/2 the money as us. And this small euro d little girl was trying to prentend to be the "big man." He said he was going to cut communication, but kept sending harassing emails and taunted me to call the police, like the punk she is. The ego of a working class straight degenerate. She doesn't know her place. Lawyers were hired. She (the fool) thought she was speaking to them as per her demand. Or possibly I think the bigot thought she was dealing with other straight white men and had her back. She was too unintelligent to know a case was being formed against her. She wouldn't allow me access or return my entire household. I had to buy entire new winter wardrobe. I moved in Oct, she stole all of my winter clothes etc. He kept withdrawing money monthly and raised the price. My lawyer demanded return of items after 18months dealing with this small monster. At this point I am already living abroad. I wasn't going to move everything but had no choice, as I had no access. The movers took pic showing everything just thrown out and many items damaged and missing parts. The movers couldn't even believe it. I already had a slam dunk case and have been waiting to see the condition of the returned items for a summons to be sent. I hired a new agressive successful lawyer to deal with the nasty little girl running this third rate business. From the monthly forced storage to cost of movers and items that had to be replaced while items were illegally denied access to, are amongst the damages that will be extracted from her. I have also been advised to send another police report about her and am travelling next week to NL to do so. She (the snellman monster) needs to be brought to justice. Nobody should have to deal with an experience like this, I highly reccomend using a different company for storage and moving needs. This terrible business is ran by a degenerate monster and everything from scamming, to abusive/ hateful behavior, to theft and damage, is the experience that that Inbox provides. Lees meer
