We ordered a photo booth from Djunes for our wedding with a custom photo frame. Despite multiple confirmations from Djunes, the frame was incorrectly printed on all hundreds of photos. I have photographic evidence of their employee testing the booth during setup - he saw the problem but failed to correct it before leaving (or failed to check). When I complained after discovering the issues, I was blamed for not contacting them during my wedding celebration. I trusted their professional setup and only discovered the problems when reviewing photos afterward. Their own Terms & Conditions contain no clause requiring immediate reporting of service quality issues anyway - only for equipment damage. I was also overcharged €45 for "unlimited printing" that should have been included. After requesting a 50% refund for breach of contract (defective service delivery despite confirmed specifications), they initially refused and responded unprofessionally: "Amazing how you have time to do all of this and not give someone an order to give us a call on your wedding day." They ultimately provided a 25% refund but never apologized, continuing to blame me for not supervising their work. Guests loved the booth but got botched frames. After this hassle and unprofessional contact with Luca and Joep, cannot recommend. Lees meer
